First Look: 1000 Mile Active QTR – £10.99

1000 Mile arguably one of the finest manufacturers of sock technology for more than 20 years. Here we have the Active Quarter billed as a multi purpose sock, a sock for all!

The Active Quarter has a thick knit around the heel and toe area for added comfort and a thinner knit around the ankle. It was a very comfortable sock to wear, no issues with fit and despite the thicker heel and toe area it did not get too hot.

At more than £10 it might seem a little expensive but you are likely to get many years wear without loss in shape or comfort. Expect a long life!

Key Features:

  • Maximum comfort and support for all activities, for those with an active lifestyle
  • Provides maximum comfort and support during even the toughest sporting activities
  • The arch bracing and Y heel give firm grip and no-slip stability
  • Super soft yarns and flat toe seam reduce irritation on the skin
  • Ventilation panels on the top of the foot increase air flow and allow the foot to breathe
  • Single layer sock
  • Suitable for running, gym work, sports activities and everyday wear
