You know that feeling when you finish a race and you can’t wait to get your trainers off? I spoke to a podiatrist recently (see article here) who said that actually, because regular flip flops don’t really give your feet any sort of support, they might feel nice to put on after a long run but they might not actually be doing your feet any good!
