Voom have partnered with The Friends of The Lake District

Voom have partnered with The Friends of The Lake District who run ‘The Sanctuary Project’. This supports NHS frontline workers and paramedics whose mental health has been affected by their tireless fight against the pandemic.

The project uses ‘nature therapy’ with a combination of activities to reconnect people with nature, build resilience for those who are struggling. Activities include camping, tree planting, open water swimming etc.

To help support this Voom have launched a reflective beanie (https://www.voomnutrition.co.uk/products/winter-running-hat-reflective ) which they are selling for £12 and donated £5 from each sale directly to the project. It looks smart but after dark it really lights up in the headlights so is ideal for winter running or even just walking the dog.

The beanie is also included in their Christmas gift bundle (HERE ) along with a sample of each product (6 items) and a biodegradable cycling bottle, for £23 – it’s a really nice gift for a triathlete or runner, whilst also giving something back!
