Improve Your Mile Time with #TEAMTHIE

Leading GB coach and the current World Masters indoor Champion in the 1500m, James Thie will be hosting a series of mile improvement sessions on Zwift.

Taking place every Tuesday for 3 weeks on Zwift’s virtual running track, the sessions are designed to get you faster over 1609m.

Something that can benefit all runners, no matter ability or favourite distance.

Thie will lead runners through a series of interval efforts to help you get the most out of your treadmill sessions and bring #TrackTuesday to you.

“The mile is a great distance to train for, as a perfect mix of endurance and speed. In these 3 weeks of the Tuesday sessions, we aim to improve both, so will add value to running a faster mile and those distances above. Don’t be afraid of running a bit quicker, the sessions will all be to time and your perceived effort, so it’s all relative for all abilities. See you virtually at the Zwift track for track Tuesday’s” – James Thie
