Peak-District-Challenge.com registrations are open now with total entry fees of £21-71. On 17-18 September 2021, entrants can chose from 5 challenging distances, from our 10km Back Before Dark race, up to an epic 100km Gold Ultra trail distance.

All have easy access to public transport from Sheffield and Manchester. Competitors are against the clock, with generous cut offs, and checkpoints with snacks and drinks included every 2-3 hours throughout the event.

Entries come with a whole host of things included as standard, including stew supper, goody bag, bag care, and a cash discount voucher. Early bird bookings are also entered in to our draw for @europeanoutdoorfilmtour Basecamp Episode 2 film festival tickets.

Wilderness Development have organised the Peak District Challenge for nine consecutive years. The event is popular because of it’s fair entry fee, great reputation, and ethical credentials. Alongside plastic-free planning, sustainable routes and vegetarian catering, there is no fundraising commitment, and no cost to any charity, ever.
