What is Zwift?

Zwift Run is a virtual reality training app for running that turns indoor training into a game and lets thousands of people from across the globe run together and compete. The social side of Zwift Run is great at a time when many are isolated.

With over 1 million members having either run or cycled on the app since its formation in 2014, Zwift offers unique indoor group runs, dynamic training plans from 5k to the marathon, and intense interval sessions. Among the app’s biggest advocates are Olympic champions Sir Mo Farah and Gwen Jorgensen.
