Kilian Comeback for Mont Blanc Marathon

Updated on

It looks likely that Kilian Jornet will make his comeback from a broken leg at Mont Blanc Marathon next weekend.

He said recently: “I don’t know how I will feel coming back. I’m happy the recovery has gone very fast. I was able to start running pretty soon after the injury. When it comes to longer races, I need to see how it reacts, so it’s a surprise for me and it will be for the others. I don’t know how it will be.”

If he does run he will face stiff competition from the men’s field. The women’s field is also looking stacked. Full race preview to follow.
