The Golden Trail World Series exists to celebrate and evolve trail running as a sport.

The Golden Trail Series is a collection of premier trail running events that takes place all around the world. The series, also known as the Golden Trail World Series, is designed to showcase the most beautiful and challenging terrain on the planet and to attract the best trail runners from around the globe. The Golden Trail Series offers a variety of different races, each with its own unique challenges and rewards, making it the ultimate test for trail runners of all levels.

The Golden Trail Series includes races like the Zegama-Aizkorri, the Sierre-Zinal, the Pikes Peak Marathon, and the Mont Blanc 80K, each offering runners the opportunity to test their skills and compete against some of the best trail runners in the world. Each race in the Golden Trail Series is known for its stunning scenery, technical terrain, and challenging conditions, making them the ultimate test of physical endurance and mental toughness.

The Golden Trail Series also features a ranking system, which allows runners to earn points by participating and performing well in the different races. The runners with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the Golden Trail Series champion.
